TEKNO 40/60/ 80/100/120 mixers are developed to meet the requirements of bakery and pastry shops from the smalles to the biggest. What is most prominent about TEKNO series is how strongly the mixers are built. Besides this, TEKNO mixers require minimal maintenance! The versatility of the series make it possible not only to use with strong bakery products but also pastry products. It is a proof of this fact that TEKNO series can both mix dough and cream. You can also use these mixers to process cheese, vegetables, dry bread and even meat with proper optional tools.

With an easy to use control panel, TEKNO series mixers give you accuracy. You can easily check and adjust mixing time and speed. With different mixing tools, you can achive voluminous and homogenous results without an effort thanks to easy fitting system of the bowl and mixing tools without screws. Cleaning is also very easy and fast.
