MODEL FCP-93  

The moulder model FCP-93 is a very versatile machine with wich it can be obtained the desired shape for each kind of bread. Its function is to lengthen the dough portions with different shapes: short bread, long bread, baguette, with thin ends, without ends, etc.

TEKNİK ÖZELLİKLER

- Non aderent rollers.
- Standard width of the shaping belts: 600mm.
- Possibility making only half path to obtain short bread. 
- Adjustable separation between laminating rollers.
- Wheel for adjusting the speration btween the presses, to control the lenght of the pieces.
- Wheel for adjusting the shape of the pieces ends, to obtain bread with sharpened or rounded ends. 
- Adjustable prelaminating roller height
- Stainless steel covering

Optional:

- Vertical rollers centering device (advisable for small bread).
- Extra width for the shaping belts, available in 700 and 800 mm.
