BURAN Light : for products with a weight range of 50-100gr with input temperature of +22°C and output temperature of -18°C at the heat of the product.

BURAN Medium : for products with a weight range of 100-600gr with input temperature of +22°C and output temperature of -18°C at the heat of the product.

BURAN Hard : for baked and par-baked products with input temperature up to +60°C and output temperature of -18°C at the heat of the product.

- Structure : completely dismountable with prefabicated self-bearing sandwich panels, isolated with injected rigid high density(Kg/m³ 41) expanded polyurethane of mm.100 thickness. Internal stainless steel bumpers and air convection system.

- Floor : Isolated with a panel of mm.100 thickness reinforced with antislip stainless steel, certified R12, for trolley max. kg. 250 for each rubber wheel. Entry high capacity ramp in stainless steel 18/8.

- Doors : one-latch lock with key and internal safety release. Equipped with silicon gaskets, sealing industrial hinges and anti-condensing heaters.

- Aluminium and copper air-evaporators of our designe with ventilation sistem, defrosting system with twin gas circuit. 8 mm. distance between the aluminium "fins" of the evaporator ( less possibility of ice). Ventilator speed : 2700 rotations/min; 3 ventilators for each evaporator. Proportionalised thermostatic valve.

 

COOLING SYSTEM: without housing, composed of : BITZER Semi-hermetic compressor supplied with shut off valves on discharge and suction lines. Tropicalized and high capacity planned to run in whatever environmental condition. Modular screwed frame galvanized and painted with epoxy-powder. Equiped with height adjustable shock absorbing feet.

- Built-in air-cooled condenser equipped with Ebm/Ziehl four pole fan motors

- Liquid receiver in compliance with PED regulations, mounted on unit frame, equipped with Rotalock outlet shut off valve and NPT coupling for safety valve.
